A professional, attentive and personalised approach to Pilates Reformer
As a certified Pilates Reformer instructor and having trained in the fascia method, I guide my students towards a more mindful and precise practice, in which movement and breathing play a key role.
In one-to-one sessions, I offer exercises tailored to your body, your fitness level and your goals, so that you can progress at your own pace, in a supportive and safe environment.
In particular, I work with women who wish to build their strength, regain confidence in their bodies or ease back into exercise, using an approach focused on the wellbeing of both body and mind.

Fascias
The fascia envelops and connects the whole body, like a continuous web. That is why I vary the directions, ranges of motion and rhythms throughout the sessions: this tissue thrives on a variety of movement, and a body that moves in all directions remains more supple and responsive.
Feeling supported also means being able to practise without pressure or comparison.
I’ll guide you carefully throughout your session, correcting your movements and adapting the exercises to suit how you’re feeling and your progress.
I encourage you to push yourself when you’re able to, whilst remaining mindful of your body and your own pace.
The aim is not performance at any cost, but sustainable progress: to feel more flexible, more confident in your movements, and to get the most out of every session.
